Getty (Part 1)

On Saturday Nov 6th, Jeff, Laurel, and I took a trip to the Getty Center in LA. Going to the Getty was on my list of "Things To Do Before I Leave" and I was not disappointed! It was amazing!!! Jeff and Laurel can attest to the fact that I walked around completely awe-struck the entire time. I could wander around that place for a month taking pictures and not get bored! (While we were there I took 135 pics, so I'm not joking.) The architecture was very Mystesque and seem to naturally lend itself well to the kinds of shapes I tend to make in my pictures anyway. So yeah -- it does my soul good to know that places with so much beauty exist. If you are ever in the area, GO TO THE GETTY!!!

Halloween 2004

Since we have an apartment, we can have parties at our place now! So these are pics from the Halloween party we had at our apartment (even though the girls were the ones who actually planned it).

We could tell early on that there was some tension between the two oriental-types, but we didn't know just how far they would take it... (see bottom pic)
